I take gummy vitamins too. :) According to my doctor, there's not much difference! I also take biotin (for hair and nails), probiotics (digestive health), St. John's Wort (only at night to sleep and it also promotes a good mood), and a supplement I found in New Zealand that contains zinc, vitamin C, and lysine - best immune booster ever.
